1. How to Buy an Area Rug
Click the checkbox next to the size you want and then click "add to cart". You can at any time go to the shopping cart page showing everything you have selected. While viewing your shopping cart, you can remove items, go back and shop for more items to add to your cart, or you can place your order. When you click the "PLACE ORDER" button you will be taken to the secure order form where you will enter your shipping address and credit card information. You will then see a list of everything you have selected to purchase and a total price. You must okay this page before your order will be sent through to us.
2. Safety and Security - Is it Safe to Buy Online?
Yes. Our website is hosted on an SSL Secure server. Your credit card information is safe. We have made every effort possible to make sure that your personal information cannot be stolen or even viewed by anyone other than authorized employees. Rug Décor has never and will never sell or give out our customers email addresses, telephone numbers, or any other personal information.
3. Return Policy
You have 15 days after delivery to notify us by phone or email of your intent to return or exchange your purchase. We will reply with shipping instructions for you to ship the rug back to our warehouse. You will be responsible for all shipping charges involved with returning your order to us. Credit card payment will be refunded after the returned rug is inspected and it is found to be in like new condition. We cannot offer returns on Custom Rugs and opened rug pads.

There are absolutely no restocking fees!

Terms and Conditions of Sale

  • We will have a brand new, 1st quality rug shipped directly to you.
  • All product sizes are approximate, we list the sizes provided to us by each manufacturer.
  • Depending on the size you purchase, the design on your rug may vary slightly from the image displayed. For example: an 8'x11' rug will have a much more intricate design than a 2'x3' rug.
  • Any rug that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect will be replaced at no extra charge to you.
  • If you notify us by phone or email within 15 days of delivery, you can return or exchange your rug for any reason.
  • Acceptance of returned merchandise is subject to your ability to adhere to our return instructions, which will be emailed to you at that time.
  • Your area rug return will be refused if:
    1. it was not identified as being authorized for return
    2. it shows signs of use or abuse (stains, damage, etc.)
    3. it was improperly shipped or damaged in shipping
    4. it was not shipped within 7 days of return instructions being emailed.
  • Only unopened rug pads may be returned.
  • If you do not notify Rug Décor within the initial "15 days after delivery" time period for any reason, we reserve the right to refuse to grant return authorization. · If your rug is shipped to the shipping address you provided, and the rug is unable to be delivered for any reason, and then you cancel your order, your purchase will be refunded less 15% to cover our shipping and handling, credit card fees, and all taxes associated with your order. · If you ship the rug back to a manufacturer's warehouse instead of to our warehouse your order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
4. How Long Does Shipping Take?
Rugs are shipped UPS, DHL, or FedEx Ground. Please allow 2-3 weeks for most deliveries. Rug Décor cannot guarantee delivery times. Your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, however, once it is in the hands of UPS, DHL, or FedEx we no longer have any control.
5. How Much are the Shipping Charges?
Shipping is Free to Anywhere in the Contiguous USA! The price on the screen is all you pay to get a rug shipped to your home. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories will have additional shipping charges. Usually an extra $50 per item will get it to those areas by FedEx. Customers must approve all extra charges before anything is charged to their credit card - and before their rug is shipped. International orders will have additional shipping charges.
6. Is There Any Sales Tax?
When shopping online with Rug Décor, all of the prices you see already have the sales tax included. The prices you see are the total prices you pay.
7. Color Variation
Rug colors may vary slightly due to the quality of the monitor and the computer. Make sure that your monitor is set to display the highest available setting for color display, usually 32 bit. All pictures of the rugs come directly from the manufacturer so they will have the truest colors possible. For color accuracy, we don't use any images we have scanned off brochures or pictures taken in our warehouse. NOTE: Even at the highest quality settings the monitor's Brightness and Contrast settings can change the colors dramatically. That is why we recommend that customers try to see the rugs in person whenever possible. Visit one of our many stores around the nation and see the rugs in person.
8. Do You Have a Catalog?
We will mail a beautiful 48-page color catalog free to any customers requesting them. Please click here to send us a request.
9. Lowest Price Guarantee
Rug Décor will not knowingly be undersold. If you see a lower price from another local store stocking the same item, please let us know. We will refund the difference plus 10% of the difference. Our price guarantee will be honored for 15 days. (Online auctions, clearances and "seconds" excluded)
10. Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it or exchange it for another item. Your satisfaction is our goal. (See return policy for details)

We encourage all customers to try to see these products in person. The manufacturers provide the digital pictures we display, so our pictures provide the best possible color representation. However, we cannot be responsible for individual monitor settings. Depending on the size you purchase, the design may vary slightly from the image displayed. All product sizes are approximate; the measurements listed are the most accurate dimensions we have for each product.
